How do I find this thread?

It actually appeared to be a *sticky* thread and was worded something like
"Thinking of a Chip"? Must Read"

I saw that thread a couple of times and it looks to be gone now. It suggested to use gauges, intake, then exhaust. It gave a nice illustration step by step on how to install guages, etc.

Was this thread somewhere in the tech section maybe? I can't find it.
