I installed stage 2 AD injectors and a 17* hpop now smokes like heck. Will a late turbo upgrade solve smoke issue?

What kind of late turbo are we talking about? What kind of truck do you have?

It's an early 99 and I'm thinking a late 7.3 turbo will work.

I think those are just about the same. You'd be better off doing an intercooler.

if its a early 99 dosent he already have a intercooler

A cheap alternative would be a van turbo off of an E-series van. There are some deals here and there, and they go pretty quick. I'd say they are in high demand among people who don't want to break the bank |

Yes it already has an intercooler. I thought the later 7.3 had a larger turbo.

If your intercooled then you have a late 99. The early's were still the OBS style. But The lates had different injectors and all the same size turbos
EDIT::I did not know the early's were intercooled. How much smoke are we talking about? What chip are you running? |

It's definetly an early 99 with an intercooler.

The only thing OBS on an early '99 is the 15* HPOP. The rest is different
