7.3 High Idle Mod

Has anyone done this mod???

North Texas Power Stroke Association - DIY AIC Mod

To those that have done it i have a couple of questions.

How hard was it to do??
How high will it take the idle??
Any problems so far??

ford make an auxiliary powertrain control module for the 7.3L. it can be set at a set fast idle or charge protect. mine is set for charge protect, don't use it much since it has been retired...

hi, done the mod and it works well it will crank up to max rpm . about to hour and a couple of JD's. no problems
