my 99 didnt come with them either, i got to poking around, and on mine, behind the front bumper, below the drivers side headlight is a plug in for them, get the factory lights plug them in, turn them on via pulling your light switch tword you, its that easy

I installed them on my wifes excursion. Ran the power wires and ground to the battery thru a Relay, then a key on switch to a toggle in the cab. That way the lights receive full voltage rather then what ever the tiny wires the factory supples.

For the switched power, you can use whatever. But seriously, use a relay to pull direct power from the battery. Especially if you use HID or high wattage lights. |

What relay is needed if wanting to use a toggle switch? Who sells them-Napa?
