well, it sounds a little high to me or else i just got a hell of a deal. i just bought a 02 extended cab long box F350 4x4 stick fully loaded, 140,000 miles, PERFECT shape with a 9'3" V-Boss plow for 10K

Sounds like a decent price for the truck. Ultimately it is only you who can decide if it is worth the money.
