Jumps back and fourth from overdrive and third @ around 43mph on long gradual incline

Checked the codes and it throws a p0238 boost sonsor (a) high cir and a po470 exhuast press sensor cir...
Any ideas......oh rebuilt tranny 3,000 miles ago.

That's normal. The truck prabably doesn't have the power to stay in 4th on the hill at 43 mph but it probably has enough power in 3rd to go to 4th but not stay in 4th.
