Which 4" lift?
Thinking REAL serious about a 4". Have read a MILLION lift threads on here!
I dont off road. Its my daily driver in a small town with rough roads, so I wont know if the lift is giving me a crappy ride or not. Which lift do you recommend? No, I dont want to spend a fortune, but dont want junk. Also, I have an add a leaf leveling kit now with Ride Rites in the back. Will I need to remove the add a leaf to stay level after the 4"? I DO NOT want the front higher than the rear. Thanks in advance! |

unfortunately with our leaf spring setup we wont get the best ride... you can go with something like Icon which has soft ride front springs but that will be in the more expensive side of price.... you could also go with a cheaper priced kit and upgrade to Deaver springs but that will prob be more expensive then going with a Icon kit...
all depends on your price range.... 2k+ and you can get a nice riding kit... hope that helps bud -Raul |

Removing the front add-a-leaf and going with the Icon 4.5" will give you the best ride.

Yep, hanger and shackle setup will take you exactly 4.5" taller than your stock height.

Is this a bolt on, all inclusive kit, or are there some other parts neede to complete the install? Thanks.

Best riding kit will be a Hanger kit period.

Only other thing needed would be a carrier bearing shim kit as you have a crew cab with a two piece rear driveshaft.
