22.5" on a stock 2000
I talked to a guy today who had 22.5" alcoa's on his 2000 F350 DRW.
No lift kit. No lift kit. I could not believe he stuffed them in the wheel wells? He had just .20" of rubbing on the lower front bumper plastic and probably about .15" to the inner front wheel plastic fender liner facing the cab. I pointed that out and he laughed and said they don't rub anymore. With a 2.5" leveling kit in the front he may have had plenty of clearance to run those tires. Forgot to ask him about rubbing with front springs. |

was he 4x4 or 2x4? 4x4 will fit with slight or no rub with stock setup.. but with a leveling kit it won't be an issue.

He was 4x4. I have seen several posts of what will rub and figured I would post my discussion with the owner of 22.5" on a stock, non lifted 4x4 truck.
There is slight rub. |
