Need some help on my dad truck

my father has a 99 F-350 crew cab I recently fixed his dome lights staying on. But now for a while well for a couple of years now he door locks havn't been working I hear them click but they don't lock or unlock I pulled the motor out and was going to figure out some testing. has anyone ever encountered the problem.

Mine done the same thing when I bought it.I replaced all four door lock actuators...problem solved.

Well we bought a new acuator cheapest we could get it was 60 bucks localy plugged it in and hey it worked so now it looks like we need to replace 3 more.

I don't know where it is, but do a search on door lock actuators... there's a write up on a free trick to make them work again... I have a copy of it in my truck because I need to do something about mine too.... they click, and try to work, but never are able to do the job.
