CCK

I tried doing some research on this part but most of the info I have found is older so I wanted to get some more current opinions. Dino Fuel Alternatives | Product Detail is the part I'm referring to. What is the quality like? Did it help at all with the #8 starvation? Does it really help quiet things down or make them run smoother? My truck is stock except for some unknow chip or programming done on it, I haven't had time to pull the PCM and see. I have the DIY Tymar and an MBRP 4" turbo back waiting to go on this weekend. At 180k miles I figure anything I can do to extend injector life is a good thing. I just want to be sure it's worth the $140. Thanks for the opinions.

edit: I have ordered the HPX from ITP as well.

I have it. I'm not certain it made much of a difference now that i've had it for quite a few miles. MPG didn't increase. Maybe, just maybe the engine runs smoother and quieter (did i say just maybe?).
Here's a thread for what it's worth.
DFA Cross Connect Kit on an early 99
In hindsight I would have waited and installed a regulated return (much more money of course). ITP? I think I might install one someday.

UPDATE to my last post in this thread. Noticed some oil spots in my driveway, and traced it to a leaky oil-crossover hose from the same company (Dino...) that sold me my CCK fuel kit. While under the hood yanking the oil hose I noticed the CCK was weeping just a bit of fuel at the point where it connects back into the fuel return line near the fuel bowl. i suppose i'll be yanking that too and finding a better washer to put in there since it's as tight as i can make it. the oil crossover hose was leaking at the crimp of the hose to the metal fitting.

What is the setup made from? Can you use just regular pipe fittings and compression fitting for the stainless steel pipe, etc?
