Always trying to learn... International Stickers

I see lots of people with International Stickers and Badges on their rigs. What is that? Do you have some kind of upgrades from International? Or is it just a loyal fan kind of thing?

I am trying to learn something new every day and I made this my topic for the day.

Thanks.

It's because the Powerstroke is actually an International engine, the T444E I believe.

yeah powerstrokes are made by international but we dont have a T444E thats the one used in international trucks, it is a little different from the 7.3 we have, international also makes the 6.0 and 6.4

Wait no t444e? Why do people have that sticker on their truck then if its not the same? Whats the difference? I was actually gonna put that badge on since my early 99 doesnt have on on the door.

There were minimal differences, fuel filter housing is smaller on the powerstroke so the hood can close, different PCMs, coolant filter, different water pump, etc. you can still put a T444E badge on even though you dont have one, you still have an international 444

For all intensive purposes the motors are the same, but Matt P is right that some of the stuff bolted to the motor is different from the 444E to the Power Stroke. The 444E also has the CCV vented to the atmosphere from the factory.
