broke bellhousing

Hey i just bought a transmission from the junkyard and the top 2 bolt holes are broke off i have the pieces to that broke off they are about 4in long and inch wide. Im having a hard time finding someone to weld it, because most people around here cant weld aluim. If i just bolt it up on the other 4 holes will it hold? or will it even hold if i weld it?



Before anyone says anything about me buying a tranny with a broke bellhousing, i got it for $450 with warranty.
