what are most of you running for tire pressure

Just curious about what most of you are running for tire pressure i am running 50 in the front and about 55 in the back the door sticker says 80 for the back would that be better for fuel economy and how much rougher of a ride And how many miles are you going on an oil change I am having a blackstone report done on my next one but just curious

I run 55 in all four of mine. Mine also says to run 80 in the rears. I only do that when I have to haul water (about 3300 lbs). Running that much in the rears empty makes mine ride like a road wagon (rough) Especially on dirt roads As far as mileage, I couldn't see any difference in running 55 or 80

it depends on your load range on the tires...Ive got D's (please don't make fun of me...i already know) and their max pressure is 65 whereas if you have E's then usually the max is 80...i don't run max pressure unless im hauling something. In our vehicle fleet we run them 55 all the way around.

I always understood run the tire pressure to the best wear results. To start, I remember reading about using sidewalk chalk to draw a line across the width of the tire then go for a spin, come back and check out the line, adjust tire pressure upon your results.

It probably helps to make a couple of lines across the width of the tire(s) to get the best results.

I run 70 all the way around, but I carry a 500ltr tank in the back, and a lot of tools as well. When its snowing for a long period of time, I'll drop them to 50 If I'm not pulling. I usually do the Oil change at 5000mi. on mine.
