I pulled the filter out, made sure nothing was in the air box and I didnt see a rip, so I dont think its in the box or the filter.

Just grab your digital cam, record a vid, sign up on a free file uploading website like photobucket.com, upload your video to the website, then come back here with the link to the video wherever you uploaded it.

Doe's it do it in nutral or only driving, if in nutral get someone on the fuel and try and pinpoint the noise, could it be the tc or throwout berring, dont know if its a stick or auto.

Its stick. I cant get it to do it when its sitting! It doesnt it while driving, kind of like there is a blowoff valve and its blowing out under low torque, but when I give it gas the turbo whistles and away it goes.

The only other thing I can think of is to go under and check the u-joints to see if one is comeing apart, noise tends to transfer in a vehicle and it is possible it's a u-joint or a wheel bearing, wouldn't hurt to check the brakes and make sure one of the pads isn't worn away as well.
