turbo pedestal actuator rod leak?

Ok so i am pulling my turbo to send out to ITP diesel to be rebuilt. as i pulled the pedestal i found a few areas where it looks as if i had a small leak. i ordered the o-rings as i think i was leaking there and i believe to have a leak at the actuator rod i think its called. I have attached a picture just not sure how to reseal this???? any help would be wonderful. i have some time to take care of this as my turbo is being shipped out today. thanks guys.

There is a kit to repair this, I got it at the international dealer for about $100.00. It has a new rod, butterfly clip, piston, and all the seals and instructions. Unfortunately, I don't have the part number handy.
