When a turbo spools up fast, is this good or bad?? What makes it do that??

Lot's of air in...Lots of air out.
Oh, and lots of fuel doesn't hurt either.

What kind of boost are you seeing?

I dunno....I just see people talking about it. What makes it spool up fast?? I dont have any gauges yet.

the housing can help and the fins can too. right guys? i think so.
the more exhaust coming through it means it spools faster which compresses more air.
