I need all the advice and experience of the forum members. Here's the situation, I want to take a 99 F250 7.3L chassis( rolled), motor ,trans, all the running gear and put on an 03 F350 King Ranch body with full interior. I realize that the wiring harnesses would be different, but does anybody know of a company that sells a harness adapter to connect the 2 without cutting and splicing .Any other problems I may experience? Anybody ever do a swap like this? Is it worth doing ?
I might have to use the dash from the 99 to make the transition easier and especially the 7.3 pcm. Give me all your comments and advise ,I need to make a decision whether to go ahead or look for a 99 cab.
Where can I find wiring diagrams for these 2 trucks?
