2008 FX4 interior fit in my 2001 f250?

My buddy has a totaled 2008 ford FX4 truck. I would like to pull the complete interior and put it in my truck. Is it an easy change out? Anyone have any ideas as to what will just bolt up and what is going to give me trouble?

I think the dash would be the hardest. Not sure on the door panels. But seats and carpeting all should work just fine...

Well they have a place close to here that will make a dash wire harness to plug in what is existing and will cross over to make the instruments on the new dash work correctly. The only thing I wouldnt be sure of would be the odometer since I think the ones on his truck is digital and the one on my truck is no digital

I just find that hard to believe that someone makes a adapter to run the newer instruments work. There are gauges on it that our computer doesn't even recognize...

I would leave the cluster and work on the rest of the dash... I am sure you could figure out most of the rest.
