SCT Tuners

I purchased a sct tuner 9400 series used from a guy who was getting rid of his truck, I sent the unit to SCT to have it upgraded to a 9415 with the three preloaded tunes, has anyone ever used an sct, good or bad? I have a1999 f 350 totally stock 260,000 miles, retired work truck.

I have one for my 6.0 . I prefer the flip chip style chips with custom tunes for the 7.3 because you can change tunes immediately unlike the SCT.

Im sorry I have to say why would you send it back to SCT for the preloaded tunes? You would have been much better off ordering custom tunes from a vendor.
