Turbo Fluttering

I made wholesale changes over the weekend, nothing that hasn't been on here forever though. But there are strange noises,
1st. Is a air discharge when the truck shifts
2nd. is a whooshing when in O/D applying gas and boost starts rising,
3rd. this doesn't happen everytime, but the turbo flutters when i roll into the gas fairly hard, and boost doesn't come up very fast, needle flutters as well starts, at around 10-15lbs.

Any Ideas Guys?

i know about the #2 problem. when i had my bully dog tow trial (only tuner i've ever had) i could push into it in overdrive but not let it down shift and it would start sucking LOTS of air. i'm pretty sure that was just the turbo spooling up and pulling in way more air than your stock air box could. you can also hear it too with a cold air intake

Ok, cool, that is what I was hoping it was, with the open airbox, do you hear a sound, like HP air releasing when your truck shifts and the rpms drop from say, 2500 to 1500?

yea. especially when i get into it. when your running higher rpms you have to suck enough air for that animal. but because of the engine you can't 'hear the air being sucked in. then when rpm's drop, there is no more engine noise and then you can hear the air sucking but by that point it's not needing to pull a lot so you hear it as the air slows down

The air during shifting is like,
You have heard a tractors air tanks purge right. When the compressor reaches 125lbs it stops and a big purge of air is released, sounds like that
