99 powerstroke leaking

I seem to developed a leak and it looks like it is around the area of the fuel drain behind the filter. Is this an easy fix? can I do it myself and about how long would it take? Any help would be appreciated

I actually just fixed that problem on my truck. All you have to do is buy two new O-rings. Go on ebay and you should be able to find a drain, rebuild kit for only $5. It took me about 30 minutes to do. If you get the kit on ebay it has ocmplete instruction, or i think there is a thread about this on 7.3 repairs or something like this.
