35 inch tire storage
ok, getting tired of keeping my 35 inch spare in the bed.
It won't fit under the bed due to my 5 inch exhaust in the way. Was wondering what others are doing for their tire storage. Need to keep full size spare because I four wheel alot and can't use a small tire. Anyone dump the exhaust in front of rear tire or straight down? Tire gate is not an option. Too expensive and stuff will fly out the back of the truck. Pics would be nice if you found solution Thanks |

Remember if you dump infont of the wheel that wheel will always be black. And if they are chrome or shiney they will pit quicker. I would do a turndown right before the axle. I ran my exaust like this for a short time. The sound will be a little different though so if you would like you can disconnect the exaust past your muffler and drive around a couple days to see what its like.
