Black CPS sensor

A friend just dropped off a bunch of spare 7.3 parts and one was a black CPS, part # F7TZ-12K073-A. Is this the same black CPS that everyone swears by? He is the mechanic for the ambulances so I think these are mostly E series parts

That's a Ford part # I beleive

The one you are asking about is International #1821720C99

What im wondering is if the black ford cps and black IH cps are the same.
Ford #F7TZ-12K073-A (black) = IH #1821720C99 ?

Yes the new and improved has the letter B in the serial number.
