GEM Diagnostic Sequence?
I am looking for the ford related info on testing a GEM Module.
Heres the issues , and If I tap the fuse block in front of the gem it works usually.
Heres the Skinny..
If it's cold outside
I start the truck and the warning light doesnt go on for the seat belt light.
It wont shift out of park unless I do it while I turn the key and put it in neutral.
Then the wipers dont work , the windows dont work , cruise doesn't work , and the dome light doesn't work. Then when it feels like it I see the seat belt light go on , and hear a chime , and it all works.

Dealer Price is $365
Only way to test is ford dealer. Any other ideas?
