Looking for lessons learned, thanks
I am installing a set of Auto meter Ultra-Lite gauges on the pillar this weekend. Also I am installing a DP Tuner chip. Everything looks very easy with the exception of the pillar. I would really hate to mount it to the stock pillar, then not be able to put it in the truck because I have to re-drill the holes, and if they are only off a 1/8" it will just be an elongated hole the retainer won't stay into.
ANY LESSONS LEARNED ABOUT THE COMPLETE INSTALATION PROCESS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRETIATED.
Oh, I have read 2-3 installation documents, just looking for something they might have missed when you did the nstall.
