i meant gutted turbo outlet
i want to know can you make this with the stock one Banks Power | 99-03 Ford - 7.3L Power Stroke>>Banks Power Elbow™ Assembly |

It is easy. Just take the outer exhaust housing off. Then you will see the flapper in there riveted to a rod that hooks to the EBV. Grind off those rivets and pull that flapper out. Then use a 3/4" freeze plug to fill the hole. It is real simple and easy to do.

is there any gaskets need when you take apart the turbo? or ill i need is the pedistal
o-rings and new turbo bolts |

You will just need the turbo and pedestal Orings. they are both the same Orings... You can get them at an international dealer if you have one nearby. That should be it. You don't need new turbo bolts just reuse them. No gaskets in the turbo...
