Left wheel toed out

Long story short...few weeks back truck slid off the side of a hill and put the left front wheel at an awful angle
Now the tire is toed out a bit, not horrible but noticeable..what could be the cause?

You are saying that your toe is out of adjustment somehow, well how about getting it aligned? Toe is adjustable by adjusting the length of the tie-rod in front of the axle. You can get it close with a tape meansure and then bring it to a shop to get it perfect.

If you really mean that you knocked the camber/caster out of wack then it's much tougher.

Get it aligned.
