Front end noise

My truck is making a rattle/clunk over bumps coming from the front end.
I checked the ball joints, sway bar end links and bushings, tie rods wheel bearings and U-joints and every thing is tight.
Any ideas on what the noise could be?

How many miles on it? Mine was the same and even though it "seemed" like the ball joints were ok..they were toast. The uppers were worse than the lowers. FYI - mine has 101K on it, and its 4wd.

142k but they have been replaced and I checked them pretty good no play at all.

I just finally fixed my popping in the front end. My track bar was loose. I mean just barely loose, all it took was 1/2 turn of the 1 1/4 bolt to make it go away. See if the washer with the finger on it is loose on the back side of the mounting bolt. Then wrench on that net with all you got!!
