Without a test bench there is really no way to inspect them besides just looking to see if there is anything wrong with them. There is no way to clean the tips. you can use a green scrubby to get carbon off the tip, but you have to take the whole injector body apart to get to the tip, then all you would be able to do is spray a brake clean hose through it to see if any of the 7 holes are plugged. The holes are smaller than a human hair so if anything makes it past the filter its getting stuck in the hole and wont come out.
