Turbo noise ?

i think the turbo is going bad but need other opinion to make sure 01 7.3 when the engine is not up to normal running temp the turbo makes some noises im not too sure about. if it spools to 10 lbs and you let out of it it will sound like a belt is sqeaking. i know for sure its not the belt. it will do this up to normal running temp then it will run normal.

Have you checked to see if there is contact/excessive play in the compressor wheel? I think I would pull the intake hose and check that first.
