06 radio in 99 truck
will a 6 disc changer radio (from an 06) work in my 99 f250?

Your dash would have to be trimmed to fit since the 06 is a true double din. Also the wire harnesses are different

any car stereo shop will have mounting kit & wiring harness kit to fit your 99 receptacles for about $40
