Swap from auto to 6 speed?

I currently own an early 99 PSD (ext. cab/longbed 4x4 F250 SD) with 175000 miles on it. I have put so much money into this truck in the past year, and it's paid off, so I definetely do not want to trade it, but I do want to swap to a 6 spd. I do alot of trailer pulling (8K-12K) and I live in a hilly/mountainous area. I currently have a BD transmission and torque converter (which has been great), but I just will never be happy with an auto.

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Do I need to change shafts? computer? anything else?

thanks,
mike

You're gonna have to change all that stuff and cabs too or at least the floor pan. The 6-speed is way taller than the automatic and the floors are different between the manual and auto's.
