from what i understand you need four things:
1. lights w/new wire harness adaptors(i think raul has em)
2. grille
3. header panel
4. top and bottom bumper

i cant wait to do it myself

yeah i know.....if you dont change the bumper the grille wont fit. alot of people cut the bottom but i it looks weird IMO. from what i understand you can change your stuff to the 2005. the front frame is the same. good luck!

Look in my sig pics. I have the 05 front end with the 2000 bumper and I think it looks great. I have had the 2000 lights, 2003's and 2005's and my advice is cut the 05 grill to fit the bumper. There is a guy on ebay that sells them already cut. Then use the 2003 lights with the upgraded harness with relays. The 03 uses the same bulbs but the upgraded harness really gets the power to them. Raul isn't selling them any more, go to Gosracing and order it from them. If you really want the 05 lights you don't need a new header panel, you can cut the one you have, that's what I did, but there is no going back to the 03 lights. The 05's also use different bulbs and you will need a conversion harness, don't just get the pigtails, you want the full harness with relays, again GosRacing sells them. The light out put between the 05's and 03's is no where near the difference between the 03's and 00's. The 03 lights will screw rioght in, about 15 min per side, if that. The 05's take a bit more work, not hard, but probably 1 hour per side. Now that the 05's are the hot mod you can pick up the 03's cheap. PM me with any ?

Do you have the site for gosracing?

Also, I have a '99 with the work truck model "plain jane" lights, will everything hook up just like the better lights of that year would, if I was to use the '03 lights?? Harness diff, etc.?

I bought mine off Ebay, wasn't worth breaking, cracking a new grill. I got a deal, someone else had purchased it and a week later he got rear ended. I picked it up for $100.
