Water temp and fuel press gauges needed?

I am building up my Daily Driver 1999 F350 manual transmission w/38" tires and Gauges are first on my list. (I am looking at doing a TW chip after I get gauges, and then eventually do better injectors/turbo later if they go out). I am running with out the muffler and cat (presently only the downpipe). I also just did the DIY intake filter.

I was thinking about getting Dipricol Optix EGT, 0-35 psi boost, and was wondering if I should get a water temp gauge, as the stock one does not appear to move once the truck warms up, and also if I should get a 0-100psig fuel pressure gauge to keep an eye on the fuel pump condition. Any thoughts or gauges that would help me?

I wouldn't bother with a temp gauge for the coolant as the factory system is very roobust, a fuel gauge would be nice to have for troubleshooting. For better gauges at a awesome price send me a PM.

Isspro Performax or EV2... Water temp is not really needed, nice once you become a gauge ***** like me, but...

High Pressure Oil Pressure gauge is a good one, as well as the Fuel pressure.

I like the ev2 gauges isspro has now. I also like the Dipricol Optix. DO NOT get glowshift gauges. they blow chunks!!! I was trying to be a cheap ***** since I am not as cool as csi and 3 out of the 4 read very wrong!!! 2 senders and a few gauge swaps later, still wrong!!! I am going to toss them and get some real gauges soon
