Have 6" lift want to go 8"

I have a 6in leafs in the front with an add a leaf in the rear with a 4in block. I was wondering what I would need to complete a 8in lift. I was thinking of adding a 2.5" shackles up front and getting 6in leafs for the back with a 2 in block. would this work? What have you guys done to add another 2in or so to your 6" lifts.

Thats exactly what i did with my truck. I bought a Pro Comp 6.5" all spring lift and kept my 2.5" leveling hangars up front and added a 2" block to the rear.
