4.10 DRW 4x4 oil? ?

after reading through loads of threads about rear axle oil here, fully synthetic, semi synth with a friction modifier, i am still a bit puzzled as to which oil i should put in the rear end? 75w 140 ? or 90. i`m not sure if it has an lsd,will the rear cover need to come of to be sure? my truck is on 102k miles and i am pretty sure the oil has never been changed in any of the running gear, as i have already changed all 8 fuel injectors due to no oil changes in the engine(or very few) before i bought it and they were wrecked, the last owner pulled a 30 odd foot caravan/trailer all over europe (50k miles in 1 year) , any info would be greatly appreiciated

You should run a 75W140 full synthetic. I've run the royal purple and it already has a friction modifier added. I've been very pleased with it.
