Top end oil??????????

Friend of mine told me that he was told to change his top end oil to smooth out the engine. what the hell is this?

YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO A TOP END OIL CHANGE. It is a complete waste of time. Just do your regular oil changes as needed

No, he doesn't know what he is talking about. Most everything is BS, especially the performance mods and HPOP oil change. If you listen he says that you need to change the HPOP oil because it doesn't circulate and then he says your oil is black right after the oil change because of the oil in the HPOP. That's contradictory. I don't really remember the HP mod stuff but I think he talks about propane like it's a gift from the gods....
