Can i Tow On Extreme Race

can i tow my mustang on my livewire innovative extreme race tune since innovative basically ****ed me over and i never got my other tunes to work properly any help is appreciated

I know with a TW or DP it's not really recommended. Do you have a stock setting?

howd they F* you...their really good with customer service and know first hand they will do anything they can to make a situation right...have u talked to them and tried figuring everything out?

I wouldnt suggest it..

let me also say this.. in no way did Eric bend you over... did you give him ample time to tweak the tunes?? or did you basically give up and not give him a chance??? He is busy with other customers, and cant devote 100% of his time to you or any other person.. Seriously, I get sick and tired of people who expect custom tuning to work 100% the first time, and then when it doesnt, they get all pissy and complain.. it is a trial and error thing somtimes.. not every truck is the same.. I highly suggest you work with Eric, and get the tunes figured out.. he will work every angle to make sure you are satisfied with your tune files...

i bought tunes in 3 different settings, tow, street, and extreme race, truck didnt shift right with the new tunes so for the next few days we tinkered with the extreme race to make it work once that was done i never heard back from them, i email and i called and i emailed and i called finally i get an email like a year later about what the problem was, i explained it again and still have heard nothing

i tried working with him, he was great with the first tune and i totally understand that custom stuff never works out the first time but after that i never heard from him again and that was a long time ago

you have to keep up with him, he is very busy.. it has taken up to three or four days for him to get back to me.. he has also re-written a tune for me over 5 times now, and we get closer to 100% everytime.. like i said, every truck is different... the tunes run good, but i want it to be better and he does well on making it that way so i am happy.. give him a chance before you bash him...

I don't know if it's the same with your program, but I had serious shifting problems with my TW when I 1st got it. He has a option you can choose on his site to get the chip reburned. You answer the questions it asks you & then you send the chip to him. Does Eric have something like this?

i think 6 months is a long time to try and keep up with him
