Fuel Injector Replacement

My truck has about 130k miles on it and ive already decided to get the Tranny rebuilt, Eric might help me out with that this spring. But what i was wondering is how hard is it to replace your injectors? Any links to a write up on this project? Am i going to have to pay 1500-2500 dollars for new injectors or can i go with stock ones. Also, when do you know if they are going out or if they are good? Thanks guys.

if your looking to replace them just because you think they are worn out, I dought they are I have 209k on mine, all stock but one. Somebody put the #8 Long Lead injector in. But if you are looking for power, go for it. They are pretty simple to do. Heres a link on "How To"
