Can you rebuild the hydro booster ??

my truck is a 1999 psd .. just wonderng if you can rebuild the hydro booster?

i just picked up a used one for 65 shipped. they are rebuildable but i dont think its worth it. i know what your going through, haha, brake fluid all over the wheel well area....

yeah, mine too... been like that for a long time... leaks thru the firewall, now the carpet is saturated, floor mat covers it, but I'm gonna have to remove the whole carpet and de-grease it when I fix it... it's a muddy, dirty work truck and I havn't really worried about it... priced the replacement assmby from Advance Auto Parts and they wanted well over $200 for it... probly do it this summer some time...

now that i think of it, mine was leaking where the brake master cylinder and the hydro booster bolt up together so i guess it was power steering fluid on mine as well.

mine is leaking as well it looks to me like its the line coming out of the hydro boost
