Buzz Test???

What is a buzz test and how do you do one?

You will need a scanner or AE software that supports the test.


The test will activate the the injector solenoids/IDM. Basically tests the electrical system of the fuel system.

I dont think I have any problems with my truck right now. I saw it mentioned in another thread, and I didnt want to hijack so I posted a new one.

gotcha , yeah as dirk said , it basicaly is a test run to check , injector driver module , and all wiring to injectors , easier than testing all wires seperatly and is usually pretty darn accurate

Until it stops testing in the middle of the test and doesn't give you any return codes.
