box removale
i found a new box for my truck and i wanted to know if there were any tricks to make things go faster i heard the bed bolts are a pain and to just cut them off anything would help

When i switched mine 1/2 came out and 1/2 we had to cut.
Just hit them with an impact wrench and they should come right off then just make sure your all unconnected and lift it right up. |

Bolts in the bed, impact of if they wont come out, grind the heads off. Disconnect wiring, and fuel filler and pull it off.

Get about 6 dudes and it is real easy, just make sure everything is disconnected before you yank a gonad!! Oh PB blaster sprayed on the bolts a few days before removal helps a lot!!

ok got the box off with some help from the welder, hot wrench, grinder, and pbr. I got some bolts off of ebay but i couldnt get one of the bolts out of the clip so i had to cut the clip off, and i wanted to know were i could get one of the clips. Am i going to have to go to ford

That or find a nut that will thread into the bolt and weld it where the clip was

oh ya and who ever thought it would be a good idea to make the bolts torx head should be shot
