howl in front end

so i've got this "howl" on the drivers side of my front end.. it happens at 45 mph and above.. most of the time.. i've changed in the past six months.. calipers, ball joints, and hub bearings.. took it in for an alignment, they changed my caster shims.. when i drove it away from the alignment shop, this howl started.. I've dissassebled the dang thing twice trying to figure out what it is, but i'll be danged if i can find it.. i changed the calipers and pads, and even warrantied out the drivers side hub, even though i knew this sound was too high pitched to be a failed bearing.. dust sheilds aren't dragging, and it does it intermittently.. at varying speeds.. i know i need shock bushings but i find it hard to beleive that is the cause of this.. i'm stumped..
it sounds like .. waaaa wa waaa waa wa waaaa waaa .. lol.

any ideas
