Rear diff question issue problem

Alright first of all I have a fleet of 15 F450' and 550's I have 2 F 350's and 2 -250's. Now with that said I have in all my 38 years of being in business never had a single company vehicle have rear end failure, yet I have had two of my personal trucks have rear ends blow up on me. First was an 07 F350 SRW crew cab long bed with a 6.0. When I bought it from dealer I had them swap the gears to 4:56. 150,000 miles in and bam. Now this week on my E99 F250 I am 165,000 in and whack goes the gears. I have been running a synthetic gear oil in th 99.
I tow heavy prolly once every 2 or three months, the rest of the time it's just a wakeboard boat on the weekends. You think this is coincidence or am I possibly doing some driving habit I shouldn't?

Wow, you are having some bad luck with rear gears in your truck's, is the clutch's going out or is the ring gear and pinion failing????

I've broke my share of 5.0L Mustang rear gears drag racing, but that comes with drag racing the only other rear end job I did for a guy was when a driver of a Limo, somehow the rear end leaked and he toasted the entire rear end.
