Did the foil delete.. Was fun

Today I had time to remove the nasty looking foil on the tubes. Was fairly easy. Had some paint thinner and a steel brush. Took about 10 mins to remove all that poop. Then painted the tubes red. Woo! Always fun working on the f350.
I cleaned the engine bay. But after looking at this picture, a more thorough job is in store.

Looks a lot nicer than mine does. Good job.

Take off the spider and wire wheel it. I did that on another guys truck and painted his pipes red and it looked really sharp

I just did mine the other day but I just painted mine a flat black for now, but someday I will pull both out and do them both again in a glossy color.

Is the foil delete overly loud? I'd like to do mine, but I'm not 100% on rather or not I'll like the sound.

Looks good! I personally limit myself to general cleanliness and fixing broke stuff when it comes to engine compartments.

You can hear a slightly higher whistle but it's not really bad, nothing the radio won't drown out.
