Trying to figure out what all i have under the hood??

Ive had the truck awhile but we bought it with somewhere in the neighborhood of 160k at that point it got a new transmission right before we bought it.(now has 298k) It was used for hauling horses around the country, but its only seen daily driving since then with only a tow every now and then, now i think ive figured out they had done a few things to it but Im not sure. So I have taken some pictures and in hopes some of you can help me out so i know what i have as i go about my various upgrades id like to do!

Is this an upgraded turbo by Garrett or is it stock and Garrett makes them?? Also what is that red wire?

What is this green wire??

Now for underneath looking at the exhaust i know it has maganflow muffler and duals coming out the back because we had that put on but is this the Cat? Its an early 99 so it is supposed to have one but couldnt tell if this was it or not since i really have no clue what they look like lol

Im sure with some pictures and googling i could figure out what this is but i figured id post it anyways first what is this and second sohuld i be worried about the liquid that seems to have coated the outside of it?

Here are some more pics just in case you see something odd! Does it seem there is a lot of rust on the frame from the few pics you can see, its in Texas but idk where it might have been hauled around, if it is alot is there anything i should do to help stop it and prevent more? Thanks!!

It looks stock, the red tube goes to the blow off valve, look up red tube mod, explains what it does and how to disable it if wanted, the "cat" or 3rd pik is indeed your catalytic converter, remove if desired, the 4th pik seems like the transmission , the "fluid" on it is probably road grime and oil mix, clean it off, make note and see if anything leaks on or off it in the near future, and your frame seems fine, but to prevent and remove what's currently there, wire wheel it and coat it with POR-15 to prevent anymore from forming
