another new guy

hello everyone, go easy i'm still new i guess...

i'm looking for help on a few things.

1. boost jumps around a little above 15psi ( more like a twitch )
WHY? i think wastgate and have ordered the big head for my early 99

2. trans temp if i drive all day i might hit 140 if i get into some city driving
( truck is empty,chip is on high , i have pulled a little without changing the setting. just hit 150 deg with about 1000lbs on a 6ton equpt trl ) i'm hooked into the send line to the cooler.

do i need the 2nd cooler i have?

3. edge EZ? looking for a little more bottom end.

anyone have one? stacked with the superchip?


any help would be great. you have all helped already just by me reading old post! thanks in advance John

I got an early 99 w/ Edge Evolution, intake, and exhaust, and my boost gauge bounces around (flutters) above 12-15 PSI every time.

is it something with the early 99's? or all of them?
