Fuel leak

I have a fuel leak @ the fuel bowl where the filter screws in. The rubber gasket between the bowl and the platic cap keeps popping out. I have tried 3 different filters and changed rubber gasket also thinking maybe a defect. Recently put a new fuel pump and this started afterward. Any ideas why this is happening and recommended fix. Thanks.

Are you sure you have the bevel pointing inward? Have you tried another filter? I only use WIX or Motorcraft filters and have never had a issue. Also don't over tighten the cap as this will push the O ring out as well.
