Smile Greener than ground wire

Maybe you guys can give a little help here...I just bought a 99 f 350 7.3 with 180,000 miles on it. I have changed all the fluids and I am currently working on the infamous mods. But, being new to PSD's or for that matter diesel's entirely, I thought you might hae recommendations for Intake and Exhaust mods (vendor specific). Also need a clutch and I am trying to decide between LUK and South Bend, any help on this would be appreciated.

Also, I've read that there are specific problems or quirks with the early 99's (May '98) and I would like so guidance on what to look for with this truck. Can 'ya hep a brother out?
