Headlight upgrade question

So replaced my headlights on my 01 with 02-? oem. They plugged right in. They don't seem very bright. Is there anything I can do? I thought I read some where about installing a relay or something. Any ideas?

Things of the top of my head:
Bulbs replacement- I like the Sylvania Siver Stars but have heared the Phillips Crystal Vision Ultras are good too
I think what your thinking of is the Brite Box for the "relay" there is a ton of info on that if searched.
Fog Light mod- S&S Diversified

Hope this helps, when I replaced mine the light beam was not as defined as the stock but went out on a dark street and played around with aiming them and got it pretty good. I also changed the wiring to have my fog lights on with the high beams, that helps out too.
